GMR has developed a strong Logistics Zone comprising of Cargo Village, Fulfilment Centres and an upcoming Logistics Park. The Cargo Village offers an Integrated Cargo Terminal for both domestic and international facilities under one roof. A domestic express terminal and a dedicated Cargo Satellite Building (CSB) for Air Cargo offices and warehouses. Operationalization of the Amazon Fulfillment Centre over a leasing area of 650,000 sq. ft. was one of the most notable developments. The proposed facility has been developed over 23 acres and caters to the Amazon businesses for Hyderabad and its catchment. Additionally a stand-alone Logistics Park is being developed in partnership with ESR to cater to the large warehousing requirement of e-commerce, 3PL, Retail and FMCG companies.
