Driving Global Industrial Excellence

Our Aerospace and Industrial Park continued to solidify its reputation as a premier global hub. This year, we witnessed the historic launch of the SAFRAN MRO facility and the groundbreaking of the military engine MRO—now the largest of its kind in the world.

We also celebrated a decade of excellence with the 10th anniversary of the Pratt & Whitney Customer Training Centre, while welcoming Technip FMC and XDLINKS into our growing industrial ecosystem. The foundations for the future were further strengthened with the groundbreaking of FTG and the expansion of our logistics capabilities through the new Cargo Satellite Building-3.

A Thriving Retail and Business Ecosystem

The “Interchange” and Business Park saw remarkable growth this year, enhancing the lifestyle and professional experience at Aerocity:

Retail Expansion: We welcomed premium brands Bontrue and Qmart to the GMR Interchange, offering more variety to our community.
Flexible Workspaces: We celebrated one year of Regus at GMR Business Park, which continues to empower modern professionals with flexible, world-class workspaces.
New Horizons: The inauguration of the new ALD office marked another chapter in our commercial success story.

Innovation Beyond the Atmosphere

In 2025, our partnership with Skyroot Aerospace reached new heights. We were proud to witness the successful static test of the Kalam-1200 and honored to welcome Dr. Sreedhara Panicker Somanath (Hon. Chief Technical Advisor) to the GMR ecosystem. Hosting the Kalam Space Convention 2025 at GMR Arena further cemented our commitment to inspiring the next generation of space innovators.

Networking and Global Footprints

GMR Aerocity Hyderabad remained at the forefront of global industry conversations. From sponsoring the Indo-French Defence and Aerospace Forum to participating in the Ministry of Defence delegation to Sweden, our team represented the best of Indian industry on the world stage. We also made our mark at MAPIC, PRC 2025, and the Telangana Rising Global Summit, shaping the future of retail and commerce.

Connection and Community at GMR Arena

The GMR Arena remained the heartbeat of our community. Whether it was the high-energy Hyderabad Airport Run, the creativity of the World Robot Olympiad (WRO), or the festive tradition of the Annual Cake Mixing at Novotel, the Arena brought people together. We also cheered on our workforce through the Radio Mirchi Corporate Carnival and our internal Employee Photo Challenge.
